Pearson provides a self pack or pre-pack service. Where self pack has been selected, your Project Manager will have arranged for our specialist packing materials to be delivered.

Our own materials are designed to meet the rigors of moving offices and we would always suggest these are used. Where you choose to use your own packaging, please ensure the containers are strong enough to cope with stacking without harming the contents. It is also important to consider weight when packing boxes and they should only be half filled with heavy items, topping up with lighter ones.

Where you have selected the Pearson pre-pack service, there is little for you to do. Your dedicated office Project Manager will agree for the specialist pre-pack team to arrive at an agreed time, usually the day prior to moving. Our teams are highly skilled individuals and take extreme care to individually pack items in a safe and secure method. Cases and crates can also be provided for specialist items of equipment.
